Refund & Cancellation
You shall fully evaluate the product description or take trial package of product / service (if available) you are ordering for, and ensure that is is suitable for your applications, and free of bugs or other limitations which would render the product / service unsuitable for use in your applications.
You shall agree and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Serivce before placing order for the corresponding product / service.
All orders shall be placed online through this Website. Having placed an order, you have ensured that all the information provided to this Website and / or our Service Providers in conjunction with your order is true, accurate and current. Also you are the individual identified as the intended recipient of the product / service being ordered.
All payment transactions arising against placed orders are processed by third party payment gateway service provider Razorpay Software Private Limited or any other such third party payment gateway service provider selected by us for the purpose. We shall not be held responsible for delays or denials at their end and processing of payments will be solely in terms of their policies and procedures without any responsibility or risk at our end.
All orders placed are considered to have been executed and successfully completed at such time as they are received and accepted by this Website or our third party payment gateway service provider Razorpay Software Private Limited or any other such third party payment gateway service provider selected by us for the purpose. Once your order has been successfully completed, it shall not be modified or cancelled in any way, for any reason.
You will make no effort to withhold payment for your order or to subsequently dispute payment for your order, subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. If we do not receive complete payment for your order due to a dispute, insufficient funds or any other cause, we shall have recourse to seek payment in any manner we see fit, subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where we reside. Further, in this eventuality, you agree to pay, in addition to the total value of your order, any reasonable cost of collection required to obtain payment for your order by us or our agents or representatives.
We shall have the right to cancel any placed order or corresponding transaction whether completed successfully or not, at any point of time, solely at our discretion. Under such a scenario if we receive a payment from you then that specific transaction shall be reversed and money shall be credited back to your original payment instrument with in 10 days after the order cancellation day.
All products and services shall be delivered online by granting access to stratagies or indicators located at TradingView servers or via clickable links (in Email or your user account if any in this Website) to download the necessary application files (if need be). You shall ensure that you have sufficient expertise to access and use TradingView library scripts or effect the download using any clicklable links provided to you. Responsibility for successfully acquiring TradingView script access or downloadable files for purchased product / service is wholly yours and your inability to access or download the said files does not constitute sufficient grounds for the cancellation of corresponding order or for dispute of the charges for said order or any product / service therein.
By placing an order through T7Website, you permit us to communicate with you through electronic media such as Email or SMS for the purpose of fulfilling and subsequently servicing your order. Electronic communication is not infallible, and that if because of such unfortunate errors in electronic communication your orders are not fulfilled or serviced, our sole responsibility shall be to retransmit electronically, content in the aforementioned communication to you. Non-delivery of your order does not constitute sufficient grounds for cancellation of corresponding order, or for dispute of the charges for said order or any products / services therein. In the event that your order is not delivered within three days, you shall contact us and arrange for a replacement order, the medium of the replacement order to be identical to the medium of the original order. Our sole responsibility under such an event shall be to effect a replacement of your order.
In the event that your order is found to have been undelivered due to an error in the information provided by you to us for the purpose of delivering your order, you shall compensate us for the cost of a replacement order, including but not limited to packaging costs, media costs or labor costs, if so requested by us.
