Privacy Policy

We value the trust you place in us and hence recognize the importance of protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to help you understand the information gathering, storage, protection and dissemination practices followed by us which in turn shall assist you in taking informed decisions about using T7Website.

This policy is an integral part of our Terms Of Service.

1)Definitions

Refer Terms Of Service for help with any definitions that arises ambiguity in your mind.If you need more help contact grievance officer mentioned in Section 10 of this policy.

2)Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected online by us from you through T7Website or E-Mail and doesn’t cover information collected offline. This policy applies only to our procedures / practices and does not apply to the procedures / practices of entities that are not owned or controlled by us, or to people that we do not employ or manage. Type & Mode of Information Collected is described below.

3)Type & Mode of Information Collected

You may need to provide us with your Personal Information if you intend to use or are using our products / services like

Membership Information - Membership in T7Website is necessary before you are granted access to products / services, made available to you through T7Website by us. Membership in T7Website is given only if you choose to go through a registration process, completion of which requires you to provide information about yourself like Full name, Gender, Date of Birth, Residential & Communication address including Pin Codes, Nationality, Phone numbers, E-mail address, PAN card number etc. Access to your membership account, once created shall be restricted by a unique User Name and Password chosen by you at the time of registration which again shall be collected and stored by us. You shall have the option of reviewing and updating all the membership information given to us by logging in to your membership account. However updation shall be allowed only if the existing membership information is found deficient or inaccurate.

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Cash Card/ Internet Banking Information:- You can make payment for the products / services offered through T7Website, only through links provided in T7Website for the same. But we do not collect and store any Credit Card / Debit Card / Cash Card / Internet Banking details that you may use to make the payment. Payments for all orders placed by you through T7Website are processed and completed directly through the Payment Gateway Service Razorpay Software Private Limited who provides you with an interface to enter your Credit Card / Debit Card / Cash Card / Internet Banking details, through their website, to accept payments from you. T7Website only gets intimation as to whether the payment transaction was successful or declined. However, if a refund was issued to you by us against any of your previous product / service purchase or if you are a Distributor / Reseller with us, we may collect and store your bank account details or any such information required to complete our financial obligations towards you.

Support / Feedback Information:- You may choose to contact us through electronic means like via Email or Support / Feedback forms or Live Help Desk in T7Website, thereby disclosing to us some information about yourself like your Name, Email Addresses, Online Chat IDs etc. Under such circumstances we may retain the content of your support requests and associated to and fro responses, together with any information you choose to disclose voluntarily.

Surveys & Contests:- We, through T7Website may run surveys or contests once in a while that may request and retain contact information such as name, shipping address and demographic information like age, gender, physical location including pin codes, employment status, financial status, trading & investment preferences etc. Your participation in any such listed survey or contest is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

Computing Resource Information:- We may collect hardware / software / firmware details of the computing resource from which you choose to access / use any of our product / service. This information may be collected automatically (could be a backend operation and may not be directly visible to you) as you start and run software applications forming part of product / service you purchased from us. Information collected may be detailed enough to identify the particular computing resource without any ambiguities.

We may automatically collect the following Browsing Information from you while you are surfing T7Website.

Our web server logs may include your Browser Type, Operating System, IP address, date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at T7Website, Web sites visited before and after T7Website etc.

4)Purpose and Usage of Information Collected
We collect information from you at different points of time for one or more of the purposes listed below to

5)Storage Mechanism & Safety Measures for Information Collected

Information collected shall be stored and processed on computers / servers which may be owned by / leased to / rented to us. Whenever you add / change / access your membership account information, we offer the use of a secure server that provides a highly protected environment to collect data from you. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to stringent security guidelines / measures to protect the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of the information under our control.

6)Sharing / Disclosure / Transfer of Information Collected

We may share information / data pertaining to you with our other corporate entities or affiliates, our corporate partners or to any third party in general if it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested. While using services from T7Website that depends on such third party entities, you may be connected to / routed to the servers (could be a backend operation and may not be directly visible to you) of these entities and hence your browsing information like Browser Type, Operating System, IP address, date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at T7Website, Websites visited before and after T7Website etc may be visible to them which in turn may be managed by them according to the privacy policy mentioned in their websites. Currently there are only the following third parties with whom we share your information and they are

Zoho Corporation Pvt Ltd who provides us with a means of hosting T7Website and the necessary web based applications along with underlying IT infrastructure to run our business and hence any information you provide on or through T7Website may be visible to them. There is no direct sharing but only indirect sharing because of your information being collected through and stored via their applications and systems.

Razorpay Software Private Limited, who provides us with a means of accepting payments online through their secure payment gateway service and with whom we share your Name, Postal Address including Pin Codes, Telephone Numbers, E-mail address etc if you express the desire to buy any product or service offered by us through T7Website.

Google, Inc., who provides us with a means of providing support services to you and with whom we share information mentioned in Section 3(a)(iii) of this policy, if you choose to contact us to get support or post feedback. There is no direct sharing but only indirect sharing because of your information being stored in its server.

T7 Securities Pvt Ltd, to whom we may refer new prospective clients (if client so wishes) to open an Investment and Trading Account

You agree to read, understand and agree to published privacy polices of all of the above third party before requesting us to provide you with a service, that is offered by us to you, with the support of these seven entities. Since some or all of entities mentioned above may be providing services to us using servers located at several places across the globe, information that we collect from you may be transferred across international boundaries. You consent to such transfer of your information.

If you choose to become a member of T7Website by getting referred to by another member of T7Website (under our Referral System), you acknowledge our right to disclose your Name and Referral ID to the person who referred you. Being part of the Referral System is a voluntary process and you can choose to prevent disclosure of the above information by not mentioning any Referrer while signing up for a membership account in T7Website.

We may disclose information if required by law i.e. when we, in good faith, believe that such disclosure is necessary to meet / enforce our legal obligations / rights which includes but not limited to satisfying any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; enforcement of Terms Of Service, protection of rights, property or personal safety of our users or the general public.

If we are partly or wholly acquired by or merged with another business entity, your information may be considered part of the merged / acquired assets, and may be transferred to that business entity.

7)External Links

Though there may be links to external third party websites on T7Website, no information flow happens from your end to such websites through these links, unless and until you give consent for such transfer by clicking on / activating these links, in which case you acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for any information that you choose to give or these third parties choose to collect from you. Note that information such as your Browser Type, Operating System, IP address, date and time of visits, the pages viewed, Websites visited before and after T7Website etc may be automatically collected through third party web server logs when you click on / activate links pertaining to that third party. To ensure your privacy, you are advised to use your own good judgment before and while using these links.

8)User Authorization / Consent

When you land on T7Website you shall see a pop up window that will display a link to the latest version of this privacy policy. You are advised to click on the published link in this window and read the privacy policy every time you visit T7Website (Cookies on your PC from T7Website will remember your prior acceptance of this privacy policy and so the popup window interface will be shown only if this privacy policy is updated by us or if you are accessing T7Website from a PC from which you have not accepted this privacy policy before or if you have deleted T7Website cookies from your PC). This window shall also give you the option to accept or reject the displayed privacy policy. Collection and storage of information (other than your browsing information mentioned in Section 3 of this policy) at our end as mentioned in this privacy policy shall commence only if you accept the privacy policy through the pop up window interface mentioned above. If you already have a membership account in T7Website and if you want to reject our privacy policy at any stage, you can send an Email to Grievance Officer mentioned in Section 10 of this policy expressing your desire to reject the privacy policy along with reasons for making such a rejection request. Upon receipt of your privacy policy rejection request your membership account shall be suspended with in 30 days and your membership information mentioned in Section 3 of this policy shall be permanently deleted from our database within 5 years from the date of receipt of your privacy policy rejection request, provided you don’t notify us about your willingness to re-accept the privacy policy within 5 years from the date of making your last privacy policy rejection request. Note that this is the only mode of privacy policy rejection if you already have a membership account in T7Website as your actions at the pop up window interface mentioned in the preceding paragraph are not logged in our database. If you want to re-accept our privacy policy at any stage after rejecting it before, you can send an Email to Grievance Officer mentioned in Section 10 of this policy expressing your desire to re-accept the privacy policy along with reasons for making such a re-acceptance request. Note that this is the only mode of privacy policy re-acceptance if you have rejected this privacy policy before (while having a membership account in T7Website), as your actions at the pop up window interface mentioned in the preceding paragraph are not logged in our database.

If any changes are made to our privacy policy at any stage as described in Section 9 of this policy, your consent to any such changes to the privacy policy shall be considered to be given, if you do not reject the modified privacy policy within the 30 days advance notification period or if you continue to use any of our product or service after the 30 days advance notification period.

We shall deny you access to T7Website or any of our products or services with immediate effect, if you reject this privacy policy and may not subsequently restore such access in future even if you express a desire to re-accept this privacy policy at a future date after rejecting it once. Also some sections or whole of T7Website may not be accessible to you if you do not give us the consent to collect your personal information at the preceding web page, where ever applicable.

We shall not send any non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications if you do not opt-in for receiving such communications. You can set your preference, while creating your membership account using check boxes provided for the purpose or after that, by configuring check boxes inside your membership account.

9)Policy Modifications

We may change this privacy policy as and when we wish to do so. Procedure that we follow while making such changes is mentioned under Section 19 of Terms Of Service. This policy was last modified on 28 Sep 2023.
